Summary
To support the General Manager with the delivery of change Codesign change workstream plans, timelines and deliverables Contributes to the drawing up of project budgets for change workstreams Monitors expenditure for project against agreed budget for change workstreams To guide and support the users in change Map current process and co design future state processes Identify and highlight gaps in functionality based and agree short- and long term plan to manage Benefits identification and baselining Support the clear and timely communication of key project messages to end users To highlight and report key resistors or concerns raised by the users Take responsibility in identifying changes in practice affecting current policies and procedures and make amendments to existing policies To highlight and document changes in policy and identify amendments to existing policies
