To make good quality cans to specification
Key responsibilities and accountabilities-
- Run the production line
- Quality checks
- React to breakdowns
- Redraw adjustments such as air leak faults and fix
- Spec adjustments
- Toolpack changes
- Startup sheets an paperwork
- Help on all 3 lines
- Housekeeping
Person spec
- Mechanical qualifications (engineering degree desirable)
- Experience of working in high speed manufacturing
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
