At Dimensions UK's supported living home in Harston, Cambridgeshire, we're expanding our team to support four remarkable individuals aged 20-50. Located just 15 minutes from Cambridgeshire city centre and within easy reach of Peterborough, Newmarket, and Bury St Edmunds, our home offers free parking.

Join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with diverse interests and needs. As a Support Worker, you'll engage in a range of fulfilling activities tailored to everyone:

- Facilitate hydrotherapy sessions in a warm pool, providing private sessions and assisting with floating and walking exercises.

- Support art therapy sessions, offering creative ideas.

- Facilitate family meetings to strengthen relationships and support.

- Organise social outings, including meals and community events.

- Enable communication through video chats, enhancing connectivity with loved ones.

- Coordinate and accompany individuals on holidays and outings, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences.

- Support leisure activities such as cinema trips, skiing, gym sessions, and attending the Friday night club.

- Help integrate new activities into daily routines to promote growth and independence.

Flexible Shift Patterns: Our two-week rolling rota offers a range of flexible shifts, including:

- 7:30am - 3pm

- 2:30pm - 10pm

- 7:30am - 10pm

- Alternate weekends

- Additional flexible hours include 10am-3pm, 9:30am-2:30pm - Perfect for those looking for work during school hours!
