Summary
We are looking for an experienced SIA Door Supervisor (nights) to join our team Solihull Town Centre.
Applicants must have a minimum of one years’ experience working in the hospitality trade at night clubs, pubs, bars etc.
We are looking for someone who is smart and approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Shifts: Friday & Saturday nights - 18.30 - 12.30
Rate Of Pay: £11.75 per hour
Duties and requirements:
Meet and Greet customers
Protect the venue, customers and client from anti-social behaviour
Determine the suitability of customers entering the premises - effective problem solver
Ejecting individuals from the venue
Have health and safety awareness
Confidently work independently or within a team
Facilitate a smooth running of the venue by being assertive
Must be able to respond to incidents as they occur and deal with them accordingly
Must provide excellent customer service
Crucial:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
Fluent English language
Customer service focused
Conflict management skills
Visual deterrent
Smart and presentable
Experience working on the doors
