Salary – up to £33,000 per annum based on experience.Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. About you
Proven experience in devising, facilitating, and evaluating effective L&D programs.
Up-to-date knowledge of trends and practices in L&D, with the ability to recommend best learning solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexible, adaptable approach to engaging and motivating learners.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
A recognised L&D qualification and contact centre experience would be advantageous.
