Salary: £15,473 to £16,264 per annum (pro rata of £22,620 – £23,775)



Contract Type: 30 hours Per Week, 38 weeks per year. Fractional, Term-time only. Permanent.



Location: Paignton, Devon



We are looking for a committed individual to support young people with learning difficulties and disabilities to enable them to pursue their ambitions in relation to gaining sustainable paid employment. The role would include: building relationships with local employers to develop high quality and meaningful supported internships and work experience placements; supporting learners to progress across a range of individualised personal development targets and employability qualification(s); transitioning learners into work and supporting learners in work placements. This role will work as part of the Bridges into Work programme.



The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Coaching and Mentoring to allow them to offer high quality, personalised support for learners with disabilities. You will need to be a team player and follow person centred approaches to support learners’ in development of skills and knowledge of themselves, expectations and needs in relation to the world of work.
