Summary
HR Advisor – Fixed term for up to one year to cover Maternity Leave

Wellington Care is Hull and East Yorkshire Mind’s wholly owned trading subsidiary, offering tailored care and support to individuals with complex needs.
We are seeking an HR professional to join our newly established People team to support the implementation of Wellington Care’s People Strategy and play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR operations.
As a generalist HR practitioner with a strong focus on employee relations, you will provide comprehensive HR support. This includes offering employee relations advice to managers and assisting with HR administration to ensure processes are followed efficiently, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Ideally, you will have experience in the social care or charity sector.
The position is for up to 30 hours per week, though we are open to considering individual requests for different working hours. If you are interested in part-time work, please specify the number of hours you are seeking on your application form.
