Summary

Service Administration Enhanced Access ("EA") Provide monthly to PCN GP practices itemised payment details relating to remittances issued to practices for work in delivering PCN services Maintaining a staff rota for Enhanced access staff Sending weekly communications to all EA staff relating to the availability of EA shifts, and maintaining an up to date and accurate MS Teams Shifts rota Adding Monday to Saturday EA clinics to each practice system weekly; ensuring these match Shift allocations on Teams for GP, Nurse and HCA sessions Monday to Saturday Ensuring and maintaining up to date staff handbooks and policies are in place for EA sites, including job role sheets for all staff members and FAQ sheets for new staff Introduce new staff to EA Ensuring all new EA staff are inducted properly during their first shift and set up correctly on all practice clinical systems, including ICE where needed Liaising with Duty Managers to ensure evening cover through the week for phone calls from staff at EA sites with issues and be first point of contact for the bloods courier service Liaising with Duty Managers to ensure 9am to 5 pm cover on Saturdays for EA sites Collecting feedback from EA staff relating to issues and matters arising and forwarding to the appropriate members of GJH team to resolve including stock, IT and buildings Collecting feedback from clinics relating to service access, utilisation and patients and forwarding to PCN GP practices; including incorrect bookings, patient feedback and complaints Operational Responsibilities Provide direct support to the PCN Business Support Manager and Clinical Directors Organise meetings or events related to PCN activity Support implementation of initiatives through timely and relevant administrative support Attending relevant meetings, producing agendas and minutes with the support of the PCN Business Support Manager Communications and Working Relationships Contribute to the overall delivery of national and local Primary Care Network priorities and initiatives, by working closely with the PCN Business Support Manager, Clinical Directors, and the Primary Care Network team Undertake distinct tasks and activities to support the delivery of project milestones Liaise with third parties with regard to aspects of PCN work Build and maintain good relationships with clinical staff involved in or associated with the network to maintain effective clinical engagement at all times
