We are seeking bighearted Senior Carers to join our team at our beautiful new home.

Reporting to the RN /Clinical Care Manager the Senior Carer is responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents and follows company policies and procedures.

The Senior Care role provides and ensures the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centered care, clinical care and dementia care.

Each resident has a unique story to tell, Become part of their and them a part of yours. Support them to feel their best and in turn, find purpose and satisfaction in your every day.

Qualified in or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Experienced in a care position for a minimum of 2 years.
