Your new role
We are currently recruiting for a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join a secondary school in the North Devon area on a long-term or potentially permanent basis. This position is suitable for NQTs/ECTs and qualified teachers with experience teaching MFL within a secondary setting who are passionate about languages and able to teach across all abilities. The school would consider someone working on a full-time or part-time work schedule, starting as soon as possible. You will be supported throughout this role by Hays' specialist consultants who will continue to offer new employment opportunities when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to provide the necessary documents required for our compliance process, which includes eligibility to work in the UK, recent teaching or placement references, teaching qualifications, and a recent proof of address. Hays can help you obtain a new DBS if necessary. Flexibility in this role is desired, including the ability to adapt your teaching techniques to suit the needs of your students. Demonstrating professional conduct at all times is essential, which includes adhering to all safeguarding policies.
