Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Nursery Manager to join part of the founding team at Limebrook Primary School and Nursery as we open a brand-new school in Maldon, Essex for a September 2024 intake. The ideal candidate will need to be organised, proactive and have the ability to develop good relationships with staff, children and parents in the school.

What the school offers its staff
• What do we offer:
• A payment of £1,500 at the end of a successful probation period for support in helping the Nursery setup and being successful
• An additional payment of £1,500 after 12 months of employment for support in helping the Nursery setup and being successful
• Full-time, permanent role, with 37 hours per week
• Annual leave entitlement, from 28 days increasing to 32 days after five years (+ 8 bank holidays)
• Salary range £24,702 - £25,979, subject to nationally negotiated annual pay deals for local authority workers
• Current advertised pay subject to increase pending finalisation of the current national pay deal for April 2024
