M1 – M6 £30,000 - £41,333

Required from 1 September 2024 (temporary for one academic year with prospect of permanent)

Stanley Crook Primary School is looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 classroom teacher, with high expectations and aspirations for children’s achievement and personal development, to join our supportive and committed team.

The successful candidate will provide only the highest standards of teaching and learning.

The successful applicant must:

• Be committed to the caring and nurturing ethos of our school
• Be an enthusiastic, resourceful, resilient and highly motivated teacher, with an excellent understanding of the needs of children with SEND
• Have high expectations and aspirations of our children and a strong commitment to raising standards
• Be creative and able to make learning exciting, memorable and enjoyable
• Expect to take on subject leadership responsibilities
• Work well as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life

Candidates are encouraged to visit the school or have an informal discussion about the role.

The ability to converse at ease with children, parents and carers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
