• Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children
• Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
• Understanding of the developmental needs of children
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• First Aid qualification desirable but not essential
• Experience of working with children desirable but not essential

Further details about the role
As part of this role, you will;
• Oversee children at lunchtime
• Serve hot and cold lunches to pupils
• Listen to the children and encourage their play, but also hasthe necessary skills to maintain discipline
• Help children to practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.
• Set up and clear away lunchtime equipment
