Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.



St Anthony’s is a welcoming school where all staff work tirelessly and care hugely for our wonderful, well-behaved children. The Governors of St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an Early Years Leader. We are looking for a leader who is ambitious for, and committed to, securing positive outcomes for all children. We are looking for someone who is professional, engaging and self-motivated, with a passion for education, who is eager to contribute to the spiritual and academic development of the children in our school.






• Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
• Have a desire and a passion to work with young children.
• Have an excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and an understanding of how young children learn.
• Be creative and devoted to providing children with rich learning experiences.
• Have excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills.

• Be committed to developing the whole child
• Challenge pupils of all abilities and be committed to raising standards.
