Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for



We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious Maths Hub Project Coordinator, to work with work within the East Midland Maths Hub.

The East Midlands East Maths Hub is an approachable, inclusive and supportive community which provides a research informed approach to mathematics education across all phases.

Through working collaboratively: regionally, nationally and internationally we aim to share our expertise to challenge, improve, sustain and inspire the teaching of mathematics across the region; increasing pupil participation, outcomes and engagement with mathematics.

This role forms a central part of the work of the Maths Hub and they will work closely with other staff to support, develop and further extend the work of the Maths Hub.

The successful candidate will: project manage and coordinate the planning, delivery, evaluation and hosting of events; oversee projects and tasks within the Operations Team; and provide routine, general, clerical and administrative support to the Maths Hub.

You will be enthusiastic, organised, have great interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Please note - you do not need a mathematical background to work within this role.
