What skills and experience we're looking for



The children, staff and governing body of St Elphin’s CE VA Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, dynamic and inspirational EYFS or Key Stage One teacher to work with our excellent team of staff to ensure the highest standards and best possible outcomes for children.



The successful candidate should have the ability to promote and achieve high levels of pupil engagement, wellbeing and attainment.



Our new EYFS/Key Stage One teacher should be someone who:



Is an exceptional classroom practitioner



Has experience teaching in EYFS and/or Key Stage One.



Has a good understanding of the EYFS and the National Curriculum



Has excellent interpersonal skills



Has excellent classroom management skills



Is committed to promoting and developing the Christian distinctiveness of our school



Is committed to the safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of children and staff.



Is committed to their own professional development
