What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, patient, and caring Mealtime Assistant to join our support team at Lapford Community Primary School.
The main responsibilities of the role are, to assist with the well-being of pupils during lunchtime including supervising the children in the dining area and encouraging them to use good table manners and promote positive behaviour.
The successful candidate will also undertake playground duty which involves supervising children during play and leading and encouraging all children to engage and participate in activities.
The post is available from September and offered for 5 hours per week. The working pattern is for 1 hour per day over 5 days per week from 12.30pm – 1.30pm.
