What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic, resilient and inspiring Assistant Head Teacher to work at Trinity Academy Newcastle Lower Site. With learners of predominately primary school age, the school aims to provide a personalised curriculum combining core subjects and specialist choices to suit the learners’ individual needs.
The successful candidate will have QTS and have experience of teaching across the age range of the school and forming positive relationships with students with SEMH.
Ideally, you will also have successfully led staff training and development in previous roles and worked in partnership with other agencies and professionals to ensure best outcomes for young people.
