We are seeking to appoint a creative, energetic and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our hard working and dedicated staff team.

Your opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our EYFS team. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in accessing an engaging curriculum. They will be a talented and professional individual who shares our vision of high aspirations, achievement and a passion for learning. They will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day to day school life and be a strong team player.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate should:

• Be dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated
• Be able to develop positive relationships with young children
• Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
• Have experience of working with children
• Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
• Be a confident and clear communicator
• Have GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above and Level 3 in Early Years

The Details:

Hours: 30 hours per week, 38.6 weeks of the year (term time plus 3 days)

Salary: GLF Associate 2 - Actual salary £15286.74 FTE £21544

Start Date: TBC
