Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Purpose of the Post:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, calm and committed Teaching Assistant to join our successful and professional TA team. The ideal candidate will be extremely reliable and have a genuine interest in working with students who have a variety of additional needs and is able to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities.

This role complements the work of teachers by providing support in-class and small group support to students. There will be opportunities to develop within the team and make a valued contribution to students’ learning.

One year fixed term post: 32.5 hours per week, 5 full days, 8.50-3.50 (includes half an hour unpaid lunch break), term time plus inset days (39 weeks). Key Responsibilities are outlined in the Candidate Pack.

A small amount of time for this role will be allocated to supporting the Science Technician Team
