Summary

Role overview

We’re searching for an incredible Customer Support Manager to join our Property Management Team! You will act as the first point
of contact for the team’s enquiries in a fast paced, reactive environment, ensuring a first class experience is delivered.

This role is fully office based, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm.

What will you do?

* Support the Property Management team to ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest
possible standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements
* To define the processes the first line for all customers, and dealing with escalated complaints calmly and professionally
* Manage complaints effectively to identify patterns and trends and instigate and lead on improvements of the service
* To lead a team of Assistant Property Managers to maximise productivity, efficiencies and effectiveness.
* Review, monitor and challenge KPI data to identify shortfalls in the service and implement processes for improvement
* Champion continuous improvement to achieve excellent operational delivery and supply chain management
* Attend Client Contract Meetings as and when required
* Assisting with daily repairs/maintenance enquiries from your direct team and ensuring works are carried out on time and
organised to a high standard
* Running reports on a daily basis to liaise with the client on works completed, requiring attention and advance planning




What are we looking for?

* Experience of working in an office environment with evidence of having delivered excellent customer service in a fast paced
environment.
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting deadlines.
* IT skills.
* Communication skills, with particularly strong verbal skills and solid written communication skills.
* Knowledge of legislative requirements and regulations in the residential property management arena
* KPI management and SLA`s
* Report running and staff training
* Formal people management
* Experience organising repairs and maintenance
* Residential property management experience is hugely advantageous, but not essential.
