Summary
Payroll Senior job opportunity, working for a dynamic and modern employer, which will offer you ongoing training and development.
Your new role
- Strategically supervise and motivate the payroll team across the Firm.
- Review the workload of other members of the Payroll team.
- Manage your own payroll deadlines.
- Working knowledge of managing a high-volume payroll.
- Act as the point of contact for any escalated matters within the department.
- Review, monitor and implement new processes to improve the department.
- Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
- Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
- Specialist knowledge and experience running all aspects of a payroll function.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience of payroll and supervision/management within the team.
- CIPP is preferred but not essential.
- Capable of liaising with stakeholders and management.
- Proven ability to both lead and motivate those within the department.
