Summary

We are seeking to appoint a professional and proactive administrator who is able to provide high quality, customer focussed research support (primarily pre-award) to our Research Support team within the Faculty of Health.

Reporting to a Research Hub Manager(s) you will be an integral member of a Faculty Research Support Hub working across schools and divisions. You will work with a team of colleagues to deliver high quality research administration to academics, researchers and professional services colleagues. Your core responsibilities will be split into four areas:
• research grant support (including understanding funding calls and drafting costings)
• research governance administration
• updating and maintaining research information systems
• providing administrative support to the research support hub and wider Faculty Hubs

There is one full time position available within the Faculty of Health. We are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University, therefore, we would consider flexible delivery of the role subject to meeting the business needs of the post.
