St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. Job Summary

The CRM Campaign Manager (Acquisition) role at St John Ambulance entails leading the development and execution of targeted CRM campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for the organisation’s commercial training, eCommerce product sales and other commercial enterprises. Essential responsibilities include managing data segmentation, devising campaign strategies, and analysing performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness. With strong analytical abilities, CRM platform expertise, and communication skills, the Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. By driving successful acquisition campaigns, the CRM Campaign Manager (Acquisition) contributes to business growth and market expansion.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Proven experience in CRM campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment, including hands-on experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, and campaign execution.
Proven track record of driving successful lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
Knowledge of B2B regulations and best practices in data protection, privacy, and marketing ethics
Strong data management skills, including proficiency in CRM platforms, data segmentation, and analysis, to effectively target and engage with key audience segments.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, from strategy development to implementation and measurement.
Excellent analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
About the Role

Segmentation Profiling: Develop and maintain detailed B2B segmentation profiles of target audiences, ensuring accuracy and relevance for targeted marketing campaigns.
B2B Data Licensing: Manage B2B data licensing agreements, sourcing and licensing relevant data sets for targeted acquisition campaigns, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and ethical guidelines.
Campaign Strategy Development: Lead the development of CRM acquisition campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, targeting key segments and industries to drive lead generation and conversion.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, digital advertising, and other channels, leveraging segmentation insights and B2B data to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and ROI, using data analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted acquisition campaigns, capturing contact information and qualifying leads for sales follow-up and conversion.
Data Management: Ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM data, working with CRM database colleagues to conduct regular data cleansing and validation activities to maintain high-quality data for segmentation and targeting purposes.
Marketing Automation: Work with cross-function colleagues to develop CRM marketing automation capabilities to streamline campaign execution processes, automate workflows, and deliver personalised messaging to target audiences at scale.
