Contract: Part TimeSalary: £11.44 per hour, plus service charge

Working on the Concierge desk you will reach all aspects of our business and will be a point of contact for our guests. As part of this role, you will spend time driving our colleague minibus and will do pick up and collections throughout your hours of work. You will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest expectations. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards. As a result, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent exceptional service levels. Key responsibilities of the Concierge will include:
- To drive the colleague minibus to pick up and drop of set locations
