Summary

Training & Recruitment Administrator

South Cerney

Our client is looking for a administrator to work with the suction excavator team to help recruit and ensure all training of staff is timely and relevant and to make sure all the operatives are compliant with policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities – Training & Recruitment Administrator

• To ensure ongoing training is kept up to date and managed timely.
• Look at ways of improving the training programme.
• Ordering, managing and issuing of all PPE.
• Ensure all training records are kept updated exploring new ways to record and share the information with the team
• Ensure all recruitment adverts are placed when needed.
• Obtaining feedback on all recruitment/training and looking at ways to improve the process Plan and book all training (outsourced and internal) ensuring candidates are informed.
• Preparation on Timesheets Bookings of hotels (for operators when required) Assist with screening of applicants for interviews.
• Assist with interviewing and processing of applicants.

Qualifications & Requirements – Training & Recruitment Administrator

• Experience of working in Training or Recruitment desirable.
• Strong, confident personality with excellent time keeping.
• Effective communication & listening skills. Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise and manage own workload.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and to strict deadlines.
• Good planning and organising skills. Strong people skills with the ability to handle difficult situations. Strong Computer skills Sense of Humour
