* Salary - £23,878 with uncapped bonus!
*Location - work from the comfort of your own home.
* Full time permanent contracts - We offers 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 10.15pm Monday to Sunday.
You will be assisting inbound calls from existing customers, supporting a range of queries. These can be from customers who are within the last 6 months of their contract & want to leave or customers wanting to upgrade. You will work to drive sales through effective questioning & work to promote additional products & services such as mobile phone contracts, home broadband, tablets, sims & more!

What you'll need:
- Are highly motivated and target driven.
- Have excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong multi-tasking skills.
- Can remain calm under pressure and overcome objections.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, contact centre environment with high call volumes.
- Are an effective team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in sales within a contact centre environment - Desired.
