Responsibilities

As a CQC Registered Manager, your role will revolve around overseeing the implementation and ongoing adherence to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Regulated Activities Regulations 2014
Registration & Adherence: Apply for registration with the CQC and ensure strict adherence to its stipulations, standards, and best practices.
Accountability & Quality Assurance: Guarantee care, support, treatment, and services meet the quality and safety benchmarks set by the CQC and our organization.
Legal & Policy Adherence: Stay compliant with the duty of candour and the 'fit and proper person' stipulations laid out by the CQC.
Implementation & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety Regulations 2010.
Good Governance: Emphasize the significance of compliance and sound governance in all operations.
Person-Centred Approach: Centralize individual service users, employing person-centred methodologies.
Service Development & Compliance: Contribute to service evolution and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Operational Management: Manage daily operations and administration of the home.
Environment: Foster an environment facilitating high-quality care.
Recruitment: Oversee staffing process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policy.
Minimum Qualifications

NVQ Level 5 in Healthcare and Social Care Management or equivalent.
Proven track record as a Registered Manager in health and social care settings (minimum 3 years).
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care management principles.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, compliance, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
