Summary

We have an exciting vacancy within our expanding company, working in our very busy office assisting with numerous admin duties including answering the telephones, dealing with enquiries, responding to emails, problem solving, working out and booking the weekly rota, booking staff holiday, sending quotes, managing/ordering stock, dealing with vehicle checks, staff issues, etc.

You must be competent and confident with computers and general Microsoft IT software such as Word & Excel, training will be given on other bespoke programmes.

You must have experience working in a busy office environment and have a pro active attitude. You must be flexible and able to deal with issues at short notice that arise during the working day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £24,375.00 per year.
