Edinburgh Futures Institute
Full Time: 35 hours per week
Open Ended: Permanent Contract
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive learning technology and design professional to support a portfolio of on-campus, online and hybrid or hybrid courses within the Edinburgh Futures Institute Education. The individual will provide specialist advice, guidance and training to staff and students on the effective, innovative, legal and ethical use of technology and lead on wider educational development projects to support the Institute’s portfolio.

A proactive and analytical approach to solving complex educational and/or learning technology problems.
An enthusiasm for the potential of technology to support education (and an awareness of technology’s limitations).
Understanding of the wider context and how this impacts the deployment and support of technology.
