Your match day role
We’re looking for individuals to join our Hospitality team where you will;
• Act as the face of the club, within an allocated hospitality area
• Give guests a warm welcome and goodbye as they arrive and depart from hospitality areas
• Gather feedback from guests within your allocated hospitality area
• Create a seamless link between the Hospitality Department, our catering partners and matchday guests
• Ensure that guests receive the highest possible standards of service and have an exceptional hospitality experience.
About you
You will have the below skills and experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience,
• The ability to resolve issues on the day.
• You will provide a smooth and professional service to all guests in your allocated area, ensuring all their catering needs are met.
