Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for



We are looking for enthusiastic,
innovative and inspiring practitioners to enhance our hardworking, professional
team as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), working within our Federation.
Due to staff who are currently in these roles moving on to undertake Initial
Teacher Training, we have a number of exciting vacancies in different year
groups at both of our schools. Successful candidates will be matched to roles
most suited to their skills and experiences, as well as considering the overall
needs of both schools.



We would be particularly pleased
to receive applications from qualified teachers looking to gain more experience
before securing a teaching position, graduates with an interest in gaining
experience before undertaking a future pathway in the education sector and
candidates who have experience of working in similar roles previously.

The successful candidate will need
to:




• Have
high expectations and the commitment to secure the best outcomes for
children;

• Have
the ability to lead and plan a lesson – further training can be given if
experience is limited;

• Have
excellent communication and team working skills;

• Work
flexibly under the direction of the Headteacher.



We are committed to safer

Whilst the post is initially temporary
until August 2025, this will be reviewed and extended where possible.
