Summary

Time/resource to optimise processes within practices/PCNs and sharing learning where identified Implementation of feedback mechanisms created for all parties - ensuring that it has an impact and is adopted Provide comprehensive and accurate updates/papers as required to help provide assurances Management and Leadership Responsibilities There will be no line management responsibility within this role at present, but working closely and effectively with other team members at both LTHT and within the GP Confederation is essential. Support for the primary care teams to increase quality of teledermatolgy referrals. Planning and Organisational Responsibilities To plan and organise own workload, including support for members of the citys multidisciplinary team (MDT), PCN, practice team, Local Care Partnerships, patients, ICB, etc within their scope of practice. To attend local, regional and national meetings of relevance Managing Resources Responsibilities Ensure the effective and efficient use of resources within their own sphere of responsibility and identify and highlight similar within the work of cancer screening processes within organisations where appropriate, seeking advice and guidance where required. Standard Responsibilities It is the responsibility of each member of staff to maintain confidentiality at all times. It is about people and organisations working together to prevent and stop both the risks and experience of abuse or neglect, while at the same time making sure that the adults wellbeing is promoted including, where appropriate, having regard to their views, wishes, feelings and beliefs in deciding on any action. Professionals should work with the adult to establish what being safe means to them and how that can be best achieved. All staff must comply with mandatory training requirements and ensure that adult safeguarding is embedded as an essential part of their daily practice.
