As an Administrator at our Wolverhampton Hospital, you'll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You're also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that's clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration.
As an Administrator, you will:

Cross departmental working through our administration teams including, but not limited to, Customer Services and Inpatient Bookings.

Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships with patients, staff and Consultants, as well as build relationships with external stakeholders.
