Salary: £24,962 Per Annum (Base salary £23,962 + £1,000 Unsociable Hours)
Hours: 8 hours per day, shift patterns and flexibility to be discussed.

Requirements: Enhanced DBS check, full driving licence, access to a vehicle.
About Nacro:
Nacro is a national Social Justice Charity with over 50 years of experience. Nacro delivers the Community Accommodation Support (CAS) service, providing accommodation and support for adult defendants and those released from custody on Home Detention Curfew (HDC) and other Licence Orders.
Responsibilities:
• Support clients to comply with HDC/Bail conditions.
• Develop and implement person-centred Support Plans.
• Provide weekly support sessions to help Residents achieve their goals.
• Assist Residents in accessing Housing Benefit.
• Manage and maintain properties to Decent Homes Standard.
• Complete referrals to specialist support agencies.
• Liaise with partner agencies such as Probation Services, Courts, and Police.

• Understanding of safeguarding.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
• Flexibility to travel within your area for training and meetings.
• Familiarity with computer-based packages.

Travel Requirements:
Regular travel within an allocated area. Mileage expenses can be claimed at 45p per mile.
