Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

Location: S40

Type: Supply/Temp to perm

Pay: £83.85 - £95 (dependaning on experience)



Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Supply SEN TAs to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the individualized attention and care required to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support classroom activities and manage resources
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment
- Monitor and report on student progress
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
