What skills and experience we're looking for
We are
looking to recruit teaching assistants who will support our students across the
whole school with SEND. This post will commence
in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people
with diverse challenges in education, develop their skills and improve life
chances. This is a permanent position.
The successful candidate will:
• be inspirational – able to engage our students and create an
atmosphere of enthusiasm in the specialist laboratories
• be determined to get the very best out of our students, seeing
them reach their full potential
• have
a genuine passion for supporting
student’s needs
• ideally
have an understanding of EHCP plans
