Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field (essential).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• A postgraduate degree or additional qualifications in education (desired).

Experience:

• Proven experience teaching mathematics across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Successful track record of improving student achievement in mathematics.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Adaptability and a willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods.
• Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes.

Personal Attributes:

• Passionate about mathematics education and student success.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to motivate and inspire students.
• Continuous learner with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Other Requirements:
