Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified or in-training SENCO who can
assist the current SENCO with:
• Determining the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN)
policy and provision in the school
• Being responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and
co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a
disability
• An outstanding teacher with excellent subject
knowledge, including the teaching of phonics and who can teach across the
school.
• A proven track record of achieving high
standards.
• A practitioner with very high expectations of our
children
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Sympathy with and support of our Christian ethos.
• An ‘above and beyond attitude’
