Summary

Rate of Pay: £12.50

Nature of the job role: Assist with a variety of tasks which
will support the employer to live an independent personal and social life.
Main
Nature of Job: To assist with a variety of tasks which will help support the employer. The employer has mobility issues and has a 2 year old. Therefore would need help with some physical tasks so as to help employer live a independent personal life.

Main Duties:
Personal duties (For the child): Showering and dressing. Driving child with patent present, to and from nursery and to appointments.

Domestic duties: Helping prepare food, Laundry, keeping rooms clean.

Social Duties: These duties may vary from day to day.

Also to cover holidays for 2nd PA where necessary. Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

Hours of work: 20 hours per week.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am – 10.00am (Mornings)
And 5.20pm -7.50pm (Evenings)
On Tuesdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm


Qualifications: Up to Level 3 NVQ

Skills & Experience: Only applicants who are able to deliver a high level of care will be considered. The applicant needs to be able to drive with use of own vehicle to come to work and also use of employer’s vehicle as means of transporting child and employer. Where hours are used up, there will be extra payments for external appointments and hospital visits.
Employer will communicate if applicant is needed for various weekends.
