Summary

Job Title: Small Works Project Manager

Office in Essex with frequent travel to central London

Vector solutions are acting on behalf of its client who is a leading mechanical building services contractor, dedicated to providing top-notch services and solutions in the M&E sector.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a Small Works Project Manager with a strong background in M&E to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small works projects, from initial viewing and quotation to planning, execution, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:


- Viewing and Quoting: Conduct site visits for small works projects and provide accurate quotations.
- Planning of Works: Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely project completion.
- Booking Works: Coordinate and schedule all aspects of project execution, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- RAMS and Permits: Prepare and manage Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and necessary permits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:


- Proven experience in M&E, particularly within mechanical building services.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple small works projects.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing RAMS and managing permits.
- Ability to travel frequently to central London.
