Summary
Treatment Room Nurse, Lydden Surgery REPORTS TO: GP Partners (Clinically) Business Manager / Partner (Administratively) Job Summary: This is a permanent position working 16 hours per week likely over two days. Main duties of the job As a Treatment Room Nurse you will deliver safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the GP Surgery. You will be expected to maintain general nursing duties including undertaking wound care & delivering vaccinations with the option of undertaking cervical cytology screening, delivering childhood immunisations and providing contraception services and travel advice if/when you are qualified to do so. A basic knowledge of computers is essential. Previous use of EMIS would be an advantage however full training will be given.
