Summary

Are you an experienced Imaging Manager or Deputy Imaging Manager, and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the West Midlands? If so, we want to hear from you! Stroud Resourcing is seeking an ambitious and driven Radiology Manager to join our client's dedicated and passionate team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, predominantly across Monday – Friday. You’ll receive a generous salary of £70,000 plus an excellent benefits package.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this state-of-the-art, specialty hospital. This purpose-built facility has received huge investment, and its facilities include 50 beds, 4 operating theatres and well-equipped level 3 critical care unit. The hospital offers a range of specialty services, including CT, MRI, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Mammography and Hybrid Interventional Radiology.

As the Imaging Manager you can expect to:

- Manage a team of Radiographers and clinical assistants, providing highly visible leadership and supporting with their professional development.
- Cultivate and promote a culture that is supportive and encouraging of learning within the team.
- Ensure the department is running effectively and efficiently, working closely with the Consultants and clinical teams to promote and improve the service.

- Contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the imaging department.

To apply for this imaging management role, you must be a HCPC Registered Radiographer with a clinical background within a hospital setting. You must have previous experience with managing clinical teams and we welcome applications from Deputy Managers or experienced Lead Radiographers looking to step up into the role.
