Summary
To work within a Health Visiting Team to deliver delegated components of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP), (DH 2009), monitoring quality and compliance and reporting risks by exception to the Clinical Team Leader. To contribute to the delivery of the HCP and 6 High Impact areas below, including working in hubs and delivering health promotion. NHS Gloucestershire is currently working in a climate of great change within the NHS. It istherefore expected that all staff will develop flexible working practices both within the NHSGloucestershire on a cross-directorate basis and across NHS Gloucestershire and other organisations to meet the challenges and opportunities of working within the NHS.
