An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join Swallowdale Primary School on a fixed term basis until August 2025. The successful candidate would be required to work Monday – Friday, starting at 8:30am each day. We would be willing to discuss a job share arrangement around the role for the right candidate. The Learning Support Assistant is responsible for providing support to our pupils and teachers across the school to provide a high-quality provision. We are looking for someone with great initiative; who is a team player and who has a good understanding of how to support children with different needs. This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to work as part of a thriving team which are committed to an inclusive school. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to positively develop and encourage our pupils in both their academic and social life.
The ideal candidate will have:
