Your new role
Working for a leading services provider in Chesterfield you will join a thriving administration team.
The role will report to the Service Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to service users, full training will be given and our client is keen to appoint a candidate with good prior business administration experience, ideally 1-2 years . Successful applicants will also need excellent numeracy and literacy skills, have an excellent eye for detail and a good. proficient knowledge of MS Office and particularly Excel.
Duties of the role will include;
- Answering the phone calls of service users, support with queries
-Document production and acquiring of documents to service user records
-Completing calculation of financial information for service users
-Updating service user Data in CRM and updating/ managing information
- Management of Excel spreadsheets
- Document and correspondence production
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office required and Excel
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally successful applicants will have 1-2 years business administration experience
Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
Be local to the office location of Chesterfield - THIS ROLE IS 100% OFFICE BASED NO HYBRID OPTION
