We are currently looking for Fabulous Support Workers in Woodhall Spa to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time and part-time basis. We are looking for someone fully committed to providing outstanding care and support to others. In this role, you must be reliable, and patient and do what you say you will do. Honesty and integrity are everything.

You will be supporting four gentlemen to live an independent life in their own home within the village of Woodhall Spa. You will work as part of a rota including mornings, afternoons and evenings and wake night shifts. This does include working weekends and bank holidays. You will work a set two week rolling rota which is planned around the needs of the people we support and you will always know your rota in advance.

As part of the role, you will be expected to help gentlemen keep their home clean and tidy, support to do shopping at the supermarket, support with appointments. The people we support also enjoy bowling, dancing, music, swimming, going on holiday, shopping, cooking and baking, days out, spending time with family, rides in the car, crafts etc. Personal care tasks will also be part of your duties as well as administration of medication, all of which you will be trained to do. You will also be expected to drive the people's we support cars, so a UK/EU manual driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
