Caretaker
I am working with one of my clients who are looking for a reliable caretaker to join their team in Rochdale. We need someone who has high standards and is reliable

Hours:
6am - 2pm or 10am - 6pm
Monday to Friday
Duties involve:
The role is being a key holder, opening and locking up the buildings, liaising with specialist contractors, carrying out maintenance tasks, removing waste from the building, ensuring grounds are free from litter, helping with cleaning where required.
Required experience:
Must have Caretaker experience/DBS required
