Summary
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Administration Assistant who has a meticulous attention to detail, to join our Business Support Team. This role provides support to our Electrical and Asbestos Teams, who are responsible for legal and regulatory compliance in these fields.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Builds strong and effective relationships with colleagues and residents across the organisation
Is adept at extracting and processing information from systems and ensuring that electronic records are kept up to date
Is confident and competent in dealing with queries from customers and colleagues by telephone, in writing and in person
Arranges meetings and carry out minute-taking duties on a regular basis
Is flexible and adaptive to change
