THE ROLE:The main scope of the role is to act as a key contact for guests prior to and during their stay and provide exceptional levels of tailored hospitality to ensure a memorable experiences and high levels of satisfaction.
Some of the key things you will be assisting with:
- Managing and co-ordinating suite guest’s requirements prior to arrival
- Providing in-suite check-in, suite orientation and hotel orientation tours
- Crafting personalised itineraries and booking facilities and activities
- Proactively anticipating needs and making necessary arrangements
- Seeking, handling, and follow up on guest feedback
- Designing personalised itineraries for guests
- Collating, recording and sharing guest preferences and requirements
- Booking of and liaising with external suppliers
- Provide general support and administrative assistance to the Guest Experience Management team (including shuttle driving, door hosting, and luggage assistance)

- Degree/HND in Hospitality or related field or equivalent qualification or equivalent industry experience essential.
- Experience of working in hotel environment essential - supervisory and Front Office experience is preferred
- Ability to quickly build rapport and strong working relationships, with a flexible approach to work to meet operational demand
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and passion for service excellence
- Initiative, creativity and ability to solve problems
- Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in IT, competent in the use of Microsoft packages and ability to use mobile phones and hand held devices
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
